2. Data and Security

We do not create a user account for you.

We store your uploaded/taken images, AI analysis results, and chat messages in order to make them available across sessions and to power the AI chat experience.

You can delete your scans, chats, or all stored data at any time in the app settings. Once deleted, related data is permanently removed from our systems.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or generate any content that is:

• NSFW or sexually explicit
• Violent, abusive, or harassing
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity (including but not limited to copyrighted material you do not own, child exploitation material, or hate speech)

We reserve the right to monitor uploaded content and permanently suspend access for violations of these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing is displayed in USD and may vary by region.

Crystal offers:

• A weekly subscription at $4.99 with a 3‑day free trial.
• A yearly subscription at $24.99 (no trial).

Subscriptions are auto‑renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Intellectual Property

Crystal and its content (excluding user-uploaded photos and user-generated chats) are owned by Constantin Gînga. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Crystal is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any crystal identification or related information. The app provides educational information only and should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing decisions or professional geological assessments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystal and Constantin Gînga are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including purchasing or collection decisions you make based on app results.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your data in settings or uninstalling the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
